Just one of those days

Yesterday I decided to get out and mow the lawn. Keep in mind my mower was purchased at a pawn shop in SLC. It runs but much of it is held together by spare nuts and bolts and duck tape. So I take the mower out back and start jerking the cord to get it started. Finally it sputters out some black smoke and acts like it wants to start when all of the sudden I hear this loud whack and the blade goes flying out the bottom of it. So I roll it over to inspect the damage and much to my surprise there was no damage. The bolt that holds the blade in place was rusty and sheared off. So I found a new bolt and sharpened the blade and put it all back together. With a little coaxing I got it started and began mowing the back yard. Mind you it had been at least 2 weeks since the last time I mowed so it was like a jungle out there. Anyway about 5 minutes into it one of the rear wheels made of plastic crumbled and fell off. So I went and grabbed the duck tape. I think you can fix anything with sticky tape except the wheel on my mower. After failing to patch things up I decided I could compensate for the missing wheel. It wasn't so bad. I went on to the front yard and got about a quarter of the way done when the other back wheel fell off. Its a good thing my mower has front wheel drive or I would have never finished......
