So after Cobo we cruised for another day and woke up in Encinada. It was kind of a grubby little tourist trap. Our shore excursion was called a taste of Mexico. We went on a small tour of the town and the bus driver took us off the beaten path to show us the Black Pearl from the Pirates of the Caribean. Probably the highlight of Encinada. Then we went to the Mango Mango for some instruction on fine Mexican quizine. We made salsa, guacomole, tostadas, and tomales. Yum!
When Ty-Man and Super Mare joined forces one could only have speculated that they would still be kickin' butt and takin' names ten years later!! These are their adventures...

So recently we took a quick cruise down to Mexico. I took a ton of pictures but here are a few of my favorites. We got on in San Diego in the afternoon and spent all the first night and the entire next day on the ship. If any reading haven't been these things are like floating cities with a ton of stuff to do or you can do nothing at all and it is so fun and relaxing. The next day we woke up and we were in Cobo San Lukas. Its on the very tip of baha California. It is a beautifully situated city with a lot of American influence. We took a catamaran out to the famous arch rock formation then we got on a bus that took us to an Italian restaurant with a great view. After that we took the bus to San Jose to see an old Jesuit mission. Then we went to a botanical cactus garden with cacti from all over the world. We got back on the bus and went back to Cobo where we stopped at a glass blowing factory. We watched some guys make a water pitcher by hand. It was awesome to see. After that we went back to the boat.
